Find related information on the web

DEVONsphere Express not only looks up local data such as files, contacts, or email messages. It can find information on the web, too. DEVONsphere Express queries popular search engines, namely Google and Bing, with keywords extracted from your data and adds the found links to your results.

Step by step: Switching on web search

Step 1: Click the icon in the menu bar to open DEVONsphere Express' menu.
Step 2: Open the Preferences, Categories tab by using DEVONsphere Express' action menu.
Step 3: Check the Web Search and Similar Web Pages categories.

Now whenever you use DEVONsphere Express to find related data it will automatically show web results in the list, too.
